Multi-Site Installation

The University of Vermont Office of Sustainability needed a new website that included a platform for community members to share (and vote on) ideas for greening the campus. We constructed a Drupal site that fit within UVM’s design template. Since other departments at UVM use the same template, this project provided an opportunity to easily create several “spin-off sites” using a single Drupal installation. This provides great efficiency in ongoing maintenance as any updates to the Drupal modules apply for all sites based off of the installation. So far, we have built five spin-off sites for the nation’s premier environmental university.
